WARRANTY
Our warranty policy is pretty simple. We want you to be a repeat customer, so we don't sell cheap parts. In the off chance that anything we sell is defective due to manufacturing defects, we'll replace it. Period. No excuses, no hassle. Most Early Classic Enterprises suspension components are made right here in America by your friends and neighbors, and all are shipped with a lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects. Logically we can't warranty parts that were installed incorrectly or modified. If you have any questions about the fit, applications, or installation of anything you buy from Early Classic, CALL BEFORE YOU INSTALL.

SHIPPING POLICY
All prices do not include freight charges, unless otherwise specified. We do, however, pass along any freight discounts that we receive. We do not charge any handling fees in addition to freight charges. This is a method that some mail-order companies use to make up for their drastically reduced advertised prices. We feel this is nothing short of consumer fraud, and encourage our customers to always ask for their freight charges when purchasing from any mail-order company. All orders received before 12:00 noon Pacific Time will be processed and shipped the same day. In the event of any backordered parts, you will be notified at the time of sale, and your credit card will not be charged until the parts are shipped to you.

Keep in mind, though, all oversized items are not UPS-able, and must be shipped truck freight to a commercial address only. Call our sales staff for more details.

RETURN POLICY
All returns must have a Return Authorization Number from Early Classic and are subject to a 20% restock charge. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returned parts that have already been installed on a vehicle, so please make sure to check with us concerning any application and fit questions.

PRIVACY POLICY

For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the e-mail address of such visitor.
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and information volunteered by the consumer, such as name and address for catalog requests only, then discard same.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes and not shared with other organizations for any purpose whatsoever.
With respect to cookies: We do not set any cookies.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending us e-mail at catalog_request@earlyclassic.com.
If you supply us with your postal address on-line you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address.
Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers on-line will only receive telephone contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed.
With respect to Ad Servers: We do not partner with or have special relationships with any ad server companies.
